Design and production of a high-profile, high-impact print campaign, to promote Macy Gray's first album and U.S. tour. Targeted towards raising Ms. Gray's profile, the designs focus attention on her face, while the text borrows color from the details of the imagery. The use of heavy, condensed type complements the gritty, basic atmosphere of Stephan Sednaoui's New York photgraphy, and is legible even when seen from afar. Versions of the posters and flyers were produced for every city the nationwide tour visited.
